Close to the plaza, movies theater, big mall, lots of food options, 10min away of the malecón, there is a laundry mat close by to.

The bed was super comfy. I really liked the restaurant staff. The head of the waiters was a very nice lady, who could speak English and she gave me some suggestions on what I should see and do while I was in Veracruz. Over and above expectations. I took her advice and I went to 2 lesser known beaches that were awesome. She was really nice, and while she was at the restaurant, the service was spectacular. Shout out to Nallely! I gotta go back to do the rest of what she suggested.

This hotel is kept really clean. Rooms are clean every day. We were in the swimming pool and the staff continuously cleaned everything around the area. The staff are very attentive and kind.

Best location in Veracruz! I used to live in the apartments behind this hotel and almost exclusively stay here when I come back to visit!!

The hotel's decoration might seem out of date but it's great value for the price. The facilities are great for families (kids super enjoyed the pool with the slide!). The rooms are very spacious and the staff was very attentive and happy to help with anything. The hotel is also very close to restaurants, plazas and the sea, which makes the location great!

It’s in front of a mall and many restaurants. The hotel itself offers good food. My family has come to this hotel several times. We enjoyed the room which is clean and very luxurious. Valet parking is great

The pool was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast buffet was really good
